Order Issues

  • Please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find the confirmation email, contact our support team info@insideliveus.com with your order number, and we’ll assist you.

  • Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Please double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Provide photos of the damaged item and your order number, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

  • When your order shows as “Fulfilling,” it means we are preparing your items for venue pickup. Don’t worry, this is normal. Once you pick up your items at the venue, the order status will be updated to “Complete.”

  • For venue pickup, simply bring your valid ID and order confirmation to the designated pickup area at the venue. After you’ve picked up your items, your order status will be marked as “Complete.”
